Hindu ceremony blesses Hatherleigh Care Village

The directors at PSP Healthcare, which will operate the new facility, invited one of the High Priests of the Hindu faith — Rajubhai Mehta — to perform the ceremony in the home.
The £7 million care village, which is expected to create more than 60 jobs, is due to be finished before Christmas.
It will include a 50-bed nursing home together with 15 close care or independent living apartments.
